EAAM Mailing lists

EAAM-Inst

Representatives of institutional members can request to be added to the list by sending a message to eaam-inst-owner@yahoogroups.com. Membership of this list is controlled by the Board.

Both mailing lists are set up on YahooGroups as closed, hidden mailing list. This means that mailing lists are not available in the Yahoo directory. In addition, only the list owner (currently the EAAM web master) can add members to the list. Automatic subscription is not possible, so that nobody can be added to the list who should not be on the list. In addition, it is impossible to send messages to the lists if you are not registered as a list member, nor is it possible to look at the message archives if you are not a member. This makes the lists ideal for open communication among the members. It should be noted that the lists are a free service, provided by YahooGroups. This means that they reserve the right to add a notice and sometimes an advertisement at the bottom of any message and also that they reserve the right to cancel a mailing list if there is no traffic for a certain period of time
