EAAM Newsletter
The EAAM Newsletter was started in 1989 by Victor Manton, then the Secretary/Treasurer of the EAAM. Ever since, the Newsletter has been a medium for communication between the Board and the members. The Secretary of the organisation is responsible for the Newsletter. At the 1997 Symposium, in Duisburg, Germany, the EAAM Information Committee was formed, which has since been responsible for editing and compiling the Newsletter. The Newsletter is submitted for approval to the Secretary, who will reproduce and distribute the Newsletter to the members.
Currently, the Newsletter appears 4 times per year. The deadlines for submission of material for each issue are:
- Winter issue: mid January
- Spring issue: late April
- Summer issue: mid July
- Autumn issue: mid October
Material for the Newsletter can be submitted by e-mail to the Information Committee. Graphic material (i.e. photography) is acceptable and appreciated. Material can be submitted in the following formats:
- Plain text (ASCII)
- Word Perfect up to version 8
- Microsoft Word up to version 2003 (If you use a higher Word version, please save the file in Word 03 format)
- Rich Text Format
